• 2 x 12mlHow to use: \n \nInitial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. \n \nDosage: \n \n3 sprays delivers 3000IU (75μg) of vitamin D plus 75μg of vitamin K2. Use 3 sprays a day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Can be taken together or separately. Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day. \n \nIf you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) only take this product on the advice of a doctor. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
