At Nomkh Ltd, we aim to dispatch your order quickly, securely and using a delivery service appropriate for the size and weight of your parcel.

This Delivery Information page explains our order processing times, delivery services, express delivery options and free delivery eligibility.

Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Please note that our processing time is separate from the courier’s delivery time.

Orders placed during weekends or UK public holidays will normally begin processing on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.

Standard UK Delivery

The courier used for your order will normally depend on the total weight, dimensions and nature of the parcel.

Orders Weighing 1kg–5kg

For small and medium parcels weighing between 1kg and 5kg, we normally use:

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Royal Mail Tracked 48 generally aims to deliver parcels within approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Orders Over 5kg and Up to 20kg

For parcels weighing over 5kg and up to 20kg, we normally use:

DPD

This includes suitable small, medium and larger parcels within this weight range.

Delivery times will be shown where applicable during checkout and/or after your order has been dispatched.

Orders Over 20kg

For heavier orders weighing over 20kg, we normally use:

Parcelforce

Delivery times may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the shipment.

Next Day Delivery

Need your order sooner?

Where available, customers will be given the option to select Next Day Delivery during checkout for an additional charge.

The applicable delivery price will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please remember that our standard 1–2 working day order processing time may still apply unless the checkout option specifically states otherwise.

Availability of Next Day Delivery may depend on the product, order weight, delivery address, time the order is placed and courier availability.

Free Delivery on Orders Over £99

Orders with a qualifying value of over £99 will have the option to select Free Delivery at checkout.

To receive free delivery, please make sure you select the Free Delivery option when completing your order.

Free Delivery applies to eligible UK orders and uses our selected standard delivery service based on the size and weight of your order.

Express or Next Day Delivery may still be available for an additional charge where offered.

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is made.

The available delivery methods may vary depending on:

• Order value

• Parcel weight and dimensions

• Delivery destination

• Products contained within the order

• Courier availability

You will always be able to review the applicable delivery options and charges before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Depending on the parcel, your order may be delivered using:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48

• DPD

• Parcelforce

• Another appropriate courier where necessary due to parcel size, destination or operational requirements

Tracking information may take a short time to become active after the parcel has been collected by the courier.

Multiple-Parcel Deliveries

Larger orders or orders containing products of significantly different sizes may occasionally be dispatched in more than one parcel.

Where this happens, parcels may arrive separately and you may receive more than one tracking number.

Delivery Delays

While we work with established UK delivery companies, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, courier network disruption, public holidays or unusually high seasonal demand.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the delivery.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Failed Delivery

If a courier is unable to complete delivery, they may:

• Attempt delivery again;

• Leave the parcel in an appropriate safe place where permitted;

• Deliver it to a collection point; or

• Provide instructions for rearranging delivery or collection.

The exact procedure will depend on the courier handling your order.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Provide your order number and any relevant photographs or delivery information so that we can investigate the matter with the courier.

UK Delivery

Our delivery services are primarily intended for customers within the United Kingdom.

Any geographical restrictions or unavailable delivery services will normally be identified during checkout.

Returns

Delivery information is separate from our returns terms.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are normally responsible for the cost of returning eligible products to us.
